She shared an advanced bodyweight ab workout on Instagram that's "not for beginners," according to her caption. The workout features five killer moves that require zero pieces of equipment, making this the perfect sequence to do anywhere.

Even though this workout is incredibly difficult, Kelsey encourages everyone to "start where you are and work for it!" She added, "I couldn't do any of these when I first started."
